1. Introduction

Welcome to CFC – The Certified Fitness Coach Program. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website cfc-course.com and your enrollment in our educational programs.

By purchasing a course or accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Educational and Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The content provided in the CFC program, including text, videos, and graphics, is for educational purposes only.

  • Not Medical Advice: This certification does not authorize you to diagnose or treat medical conditions. The techniques taught (Biomechanics, Rehabilitation strategies) are intended for fitness professionals to work within their scope of practice.
  • Liability: You agree that the instructors (Eng. Mostafa El Gendy, Dr. Abdelrahman Refaey) are not liable for any injuries or damages sustained by you or your clients while applying the concepts learned in this course. Always recommend that clients consult a physician before starting any exercise program.

3. User Accounts and Security

  • One Account Per Person: Your subscription is strictly personal. Sharing your login credentials with others is prohibited.
  • Security Monitoring: Our system monitors simultaneous logins and suspicious activity. If we detect account sharing, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without refund.
  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the CFC platform, including but not limited to videos, quizzes, PDFs, slides, and the “CFC” logo, is the intellectual property of CFC and is protected by copyright laws.

  • No Downloading: Video content is streamed via secure encrypted players. Attempting to download, screen-record, or redistribute these videos is a violation of our rights and will result in immediate legal action.
  • License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your personal learning only.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

  • Pricing: Prices are displayed in EGP (for Egyptian residents) or USD (for international students) based on your location.
  • Subscriptions: If you subscribe to a monthly or annual plan, your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period via our payment partners (Paymob or PayPal).
  • Refund Policy:
    • Due to the digital nature of our content, we do not offer refunds once you have accessed more than 10% of the course content or downloaded any materials.
    • Refund requests made within 14 days of purchase may be considered only if the content has not been accessed.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time from your dashboard. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

6. Certification and Exam Integrity

To earn the “Certified Fitness Coach” credential, you must pass the final examination.

  • Proctoring: You agree to the use of automated proctoring tools (e.g., AutoProctor) during exams. This requires access to your camera and microphone to ensure the integrity of the test.
  • Academic Honesty: Cheating, plagiarism, or impersonation during the exam will result in an automatic failure and permanent ban from the platform.
  • Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke any certificate if it is later discovered that it was obtained through fraudulent means.

7. Code of Conduct

We are a community of professionals. Hate speech, harassment, or inappropriate behavior in course comments, forums, or live sessions will not be tolerated and may lead to account termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CFC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Egypt. Any dispute arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
