At CFC – The Certified Fitness Coach Program, we are committed to providing world-class educational content. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is made.
2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds?
We believe in transparency. Before you make a purchase, we provide:
- Free Preview Content: A significant portion of the course (introductory modules and sample lessons) is available for free.
- Detailed Curriculum: A full breakdown of every module and lesson included in the program.
By providing these resources, we give you the opportunity to fully evaluate the teaching style, video quality, and content relevance before you commit to paying. Therefore, once a payment is processed, it implies your complete satisfaction with the demonstrated quality and your agreement to these terms.
3. Subscription Cancellations
If you are enrolled in a monthly or annual subscription plan:
- Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your “My Account” dashboard.
- Effect of Cancellation: Cancelling your subscription stops future billing. It does not generate a refund for the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the course content until the end of your paid period.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
For clarity, no refunds will be issued in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after purchasing.
- You did not find the time to watch the course.
- You failed the certification exam (we provide the education, but the effort is yours).
- You experienced technical issues due to your own internet connection or device limitations (please check our technical requirements before purchasing).
5. Exceptions: Technical Billing Errors
The only exception to this policy is if a technical error occurs on our side, such as:
- You were charged twice for the same transaction.
- You were charged after you had successfully cancelled your subscription (proof of cancellation required).
In such rare cases, please contact our support team immediately with your transaction details, and we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
